We litigate all issues of AOE/COE, medical treatment, medical provider network (MPN), panel disputes, and disability benefits. We are well versed at raising affirmative defenses including but not limited post-termination and non-discriminatory good faith personnel actions.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Singerman Law defends its clients’ interests in mandatory or agreed upon arbitration, mediation and other ADR proceedings involving workers’ compensation claims or insurance coverage issues. We ensure the appropriate jurisdiction and/or initiate the necessary legal remedies to protect the insured.
Labor Code 132a Discrimination/Labor Code 4553 Serious and Willful Misconduct Defense
Our firm will represent and defend your interests if an applicant alleges you have violated 132a and/or engaged in Serious and Willful Misconduct.
Subrogation
Singerman Law specializes in providing case specific subrogation analysis and strategies to maximize reimbursement and credit on behalf of our clients. From personal injury to complex products liability matters, our subrogation team works aggressively to negotiate informal resolution, or litigate liability issues at trial supported by carefully selected expert testimony.
Fraud
We zealously litigate cases in which fraud is suspected or when injury is clearly not industrial in nature. We attack applicant’s credibility and secure perjured testimony through discovery to produce to the appropriate District Attorney and/or facilitate dismissal.
Liens
Singerman Law is efficient at resolving most outstanding liens within 30 to 45 days upon receipt of executed order finalizing the case. The Firm’s relationship with several providers and aggressive and efficient approach toward resolution combined with knowledge of fee schedule and legal interpretation of reasonableness and necessity generates cost savings and quicker resolve.
